Cooking has been at the heart of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up in a family of restaurateurs, I was immersed in the energy, creativity, and connection that happens in the kitchen from a very young age. That passion carried into adulthood, where my husband and I owned and operated bars and restaurants throughout my 20s and 30s, giving me hands-on experience in both the art and business of food.

Over the years, I’ve had the joy of sharing that passion with others through teaching in school systems, enrichment centers, and cooking experience programs, most recently with the Enrichment Academy. I love creating a welcoming, fun, and engaging environment where people of all skill levels can learn, experiment, and build confidence in the kitchen.

From foundational techniques to creative, hands-on experiences, I offer a wide variety of classes designed to inspire a love for cooking and bring people together, because at the end of the day, great food is about more than just ingredients… it’s about connection, creativity, and joy.

THAI ONE ON!

This lesson is all about the Orient.  You will begin by learning how to make Cellophane Spring Rolls, which will lead you down a path to Chicken Satay with the most delicious Peanut Sauce.  Your crowd will also learn how to make Pad Thai from scratch.  These dishes will overwhelm your senses and forever change your palette.

SANTORINI MY SENSES

Learn how to make the beloved Spanakopita and classic Greek Salad, which is hearty, colorful, healthy and delicious.  We will round out this lesson with a beautiful interlaced rack of lamb, which is a show stopper!

BOUGIE SUSHI

Full of fun and insight, learn how to master the bamboo roller, how to make the traditional cut roll, an inside-our roll and a hand roll, while also preparing traditional sushi rice.  Will also learn about the sauces that accompany sushi; spicy mayo, wasabi soy, ponzu and a twist on vinegar.

CHARCUTERIE MY HEART

Learn what meats and cheese to use.  Which accoutrements complement them.  Learn about a variety of cheese and their depth.  We will review meat options, how they pair with the cheese, and the perfect add-ons to complement the bboard.  Your group will learn an eye pleasing esthetic the lay-out of the board.
